Developed for use in domestic or commercial ice cream makers.
This is a Premium blend of fresh full fat milk, double cream and butter.
With this in mind it will have a maximum shelf life of ten days from delivery and will need to be stored in a fridge.
This needs to be ordered no later than 2pm on a Thursday for delivery the following week.
Approx 20 servings per bottle – 50p per serving!
It comes in 2 litre size.
