Freezer to table range – take number of portions required straight from the freezer and serve in 5-10 minutes.  Can also be defrosted and kept chilled for 3-4 days

Thaw and serve range – premium quality and attractive desserts many of which are hand-made in Suffolk by Jean Baptiste Dhotel, a French Patisserie chef with over 20 years’ experience
